What is FOCRA

FOCRA stands for Finnish Obstacle Course Racing Association.

We are an association that works actively to support and develop OCR in Finland.

Our goal is for OCR to be a sport where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, and to maintain the community, joy and creativity that exists within the sport.

We work to ensure that all practice of the sport is safe, which means that FOCRA develops and maintains safety standards for the construction of obstacles in Finland.

FOCRA also trains certified OCR instructors.

We appoint organizers annually for qualifying competitions for the European Championships and the World Cup.

FOCRA is Finland’s representative in the World Obstacle organization.
